We have been working in the agile space for more than 20 years. A transformational leader understands the need for agility in today's marketplace. Agile creates immediate feedback and allows you to evolve yourself and your environment. This is also true for transformational leaders. They don't have the answers. Their willingness to admit they are on the path makes them strong. Because they venture into a very authentic space and say, "I know what I know, and I know what I don't know. And part of being an agile leader is being willing to focus on the changes that the business and the individual team members need. You can't be a transformational leader without developing an agile mindset. I work with leaders to help them become more agile and create change so they have the culture they want, and we do this through coaching & mentoring. Culture is created through leadership.

Learning through experience

If you don't work on yourself, you won't have a chance to help your team because your own challenges will prevent you from being an effective, transformational, agile leader. We'll help you experience it. If we asked you to describe how to ride a bike, or if we asked you to ride a bike: trip, fall, trip, fall, trip, fall. Then you would know how to ride a bicycle for the rest of your life. That is an experience.
